La féminisation des rédactions dans la presse quotidienne japonaise

Abstract : Women have been present in the Japanese media industry for a long time, but their place in the mainstream press is far from being totally acquired. If things are moving, old reflexes remain and a distinction is still made between kisha, "male reporters", and josei kisha, "female reporters". This work has two objectives: 1 - to provide elements of understanding on how the increasing number of women among the workforce has taken place in the journalistic profession. 2 - to try to identify the forms of glass ceiling that limit women's access to prestigious positions and positions of power in the editorial offices.
